A Chance to Thankfully Give Back
What is Thankful Giving?
On Thanksgiving we are thankful for the gifts we enjoy in life: family, friends, God, hope, love, and much more. On Black Friday we spend time and money on our friends and family to show them our affection. It’s a gift to have finances and resources to be able to express love that way.
There are so many people who don’t have that gift. Many who don’t have enough to get through the winter.
What if we give thankfully this holiday season in ways that directly help those who have great need this holiday season?
Why is There a List of Needs?
Each holiday season, charities receive a lot of support from the community. But there are certain items that they are always lacking in. Sometimes these are things that just don’t cross the minds of donors. We’d like to help meet their unique needs during the holiday season with this drive for under-collected items.
When are the Drop-Off Times?
Kickoff: Black Friday, Friday November 24th (11:00am-4:00pm)
Weekly: Every Thursday night until Christmas (5:30pm-9:30pm)
Stop by and we’ll have food, snacks and coffee for you!
Where is the Drop-Off Location?
We will be at The Rock Church in Pitman, NJ for all the drop-off times. Follow the Anchored Life signs for where to walk into the building.
